Roar, an anthology series about feminism and luxury.
Eight women in the form of great actresses – the heroines of an anthology of feminist fables with black humor.
Based on the book of short stories by Cecilia Ahern and brought to you by showrunners Carly Mensch and Liz Flahive (GLOW), Roar is an anthology of feminist fables with black humor. Spanning genres from magical realism to psychological horror, these eight individual stories follow ordinary women in rather unusual circumstances. Women eat photographs, walk ducks, live on shelves like trophies. Yet their struggle is universal.
