Minecraft Enderman Farm Building Guide
Minecraft is an amazing sandbox game that brings the aesthetic of 2D pixels to a 3D game. You can play single player and create amazing builds such as monuments, different worlds, redstone machines, etc. Apart from other builds, farms are one of the staples in any Minecraft world. Some of them are based on resources like wheat, fish, etc. But some of the most important ones are fire rods, gold, iron, and especially ender pearls. In this guide, I will show you how to build an Enderman farm in Minecraft.
How to build an Enderman farm in Minecraft
Before we can build an Enderman Farm, we need to decide where to build it in Minecraft. There are several biomes that an Enderman can create. These are the Warped Forests in the Nether Dimension and The End. They don’t spawn often in the Nether, so setting up an Enderman farm here won’t be worth it. So let’s make an Enderman Farm in the Rim Dimension. To do this, you will need to first defeat the Ender Dragon. Once that is done, follow the steps below to create an Enderman Farm.
Steps to Make an Enderman Farm
- You will need the following Materials:
- Lava Bucket x1
- Bucket of water x1
- Building blocks x1414
- Carpet x123
- Chest x2 (or make a storage system)
- Ender Pearl x16
- Hopper x9
- Iron ingots x1
- Ladder x64
- Leaves x128
- Minecart x1
- Name tag x1
- Rail x1
- Time Blocks x64
- Hatch x8
- Once you’ve collected them all, go to the End and head towards the edge of the End Island.
- Now place the lava bucket on the edge and let the lava flow down.
- Let the Lava reach the Bottom of the End.
- Once this happens, place the bucket of water so that it turns all the lava into cobblestone.
- Now go down with water to the end of the cobblestone column you made from lava.
- Place Leaves on the last Pillar Block to stand up.
- Now place the ladders on the cobblestone pillars at the top.
- Once this is done, go back down and walk 128 blocks in the direction opposite to End Island.
- Here we will build the Enderman Farm in Minecraft.
- At the end of the leaf path, make a 9×9 platform with building blocks so that there is a 3×3 hole in the middle.
- Fill this hole with Hoppers. Here you can place a chest so that all the funnels face it, or create a storage system or vault.
- After that, put the carpets on the funnels.
- Now on the platform, make a 2 block tall pillar out of temporary blocks.
- Then place a Building Block and make a border around the Hopper platform.
- Make this layer the width of a 9×9 platform.
- On this layer, place the double rugs so that they stack on top of each other.
- Be sure to leave a one block wide ring next to the hole.
- Place a temporary block on this ring, and then a building block.
- Make a ring the same size as the ring below.
- The ring should be 4×4.
- Repeat this step until you get to Y-level 44.
- After that, make the topmost ring a 13×13 Platform. Do not cover the hole.
- After expanding the ring, place hatches inside the ring.
- Place 3 on one side, 3 on opposite sides, and 2 in the middle of the remaining sides.
- Subsequently, we will create a mechanism that will make our Minecrafty Enderman farm work.
- After that, use Temporary Blocks to place one in the middle of the hole just above it.
- Temporary blocks should be shaped like an L with a vertical line height of 3 blocks.
- After that, place an iron ingot on L.
- Place the carpet on the iron rod.
- Place temporary blocks on each side of the carpet.
- Surround it with time blocks so that it looks like a cage of time blocks.
- Then put a rail in it.
- Don’t forget to cover the carpet to prevent the endermite we’re about to create from escaping.
- After that, start throwing ender pearls to trigger endermite.
- Once it spawns, place a name tag on it and place it on the cart.
- Click on the block that is above the carpet we made earlier.
- Break this block to land on the carpet.
- After that, place the carpet on the cart.
- Break the cage of temporary blocks.
This will instantly cause the enderman to provoke the endermites and they will fall into the Hole. Now you can go to the bottom and kill the Enderman and get experience and ender pearls. You can watch the Shulkercraft video for a visual representation.
This is all about how to build an Enderman Farm in Minecraft. I hope this guide has helped you.
