The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G was launched today after being spotted on certification sites over the past few weeks. The phone was launched through an online event at noon today. Samsung’s latest F-series phone features a Snapdragon 5G SoC, a 120Hz screen, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Galaxy F23 5G is available in two configurations: 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB. The 4GB RAM variant is $229 and the 6GB variant is $242. The phone is available in two colors 一 Aqua Green and Forest Green. It will go on sale from March 16 on Flipkart.

Samsung is also offering some banking and introductory phone deals, bringing the 6GB version to $196 and the 8GB variant to $209.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy F23 5G offers a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 123-degree field of view, and a 2MP macro sensor. Selfies and video calls are handled by the 8MP camera on the front. The phone also comes with a voice focusing feature that is said to pick up clear voice from recordings.

The phone is powered by a built-in 5000mAh battery that is supported by 25W fast charging. However, Samsung is ditching the boxed charger for this device, which means you’ll have to purchase the charger separately. Other features of the device include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, face unlock, a one-shot camera feature, Power Cool technology, AltZ functionality, and the phone runs Android 12 out of the box and the company promised 2 years of software.
