Main characteristics

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, or Fan Edition, is designed to run on Samsung’s own Exynos 2100 SoC, rather than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 it uses in its global variant. Otherwise, it is expected that the rest of the characteristics will remain the same. This includes 8GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

Other key specs include a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. There is a drilled hole in the center of the display for the 32-megapixel front camera. On the back, the device is equipped with a 12MP triple rear camera, which also includes a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The overall design is largely similar to the standard Galaxy S21 smartphone.

The Galaxy S21 FE will run Android 12 with OneUI 4.0 built in out of the box. It is also speculated to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. Pricing details have not been released, although the effective market price is estimated to be around $660.
