Google’s Black Friday deals: It’s hard to pass up the $300 Pixel 6a
Everyone’s favorite shopping holiday this week: Black Friday. Google’s Black Friday deals are already live on the Google Store and Amazon. Many of these represent the first discounts on new Google hardware announced last month.

The $150 discounted Pixel 7 Pro is a great deal too. That works out to $750 for a phone with all the fancy extras like a 120Hz display and wireless charging.
Another attractive deal: Nest speakers are discounted at half price. Normally, Nest Audio speakers cost $100 and now they cost $50 each, and the Nest Mini costs even less: $20 instead of the usual $50 price (Amazon doesn’t sell Google speakers because they compete with the Echo line). I want to emphasize that I don’t recommend using the Google music service, but the speakers play Spotify perfectly, connect to a lot of music apps with the Google Cast button, and are great smart home voice controllers. Google is also offering $10 off any Chromecast model (Google, Amazon) for more media viewing enjoyment.
The Google Store has also introduced a holiday return policy, whereby any purchases made before Christmas can be returned until January 15th.
