This item can be found in the Moana Realm located on the other side of the island. Before heading there, make sure you have a blue potato in your inventory or you won’t be able to walk on water. Blue Starfish – Disney Dreamlight Valley

The blue gem can be found in a mine located in the Sun Plateau. Once you enter the mine turn left and then turn right to follow the curved paths. Keep moving until you reach the end of the tracks. And on the left, you’ll find the Blue Gem behind the Night Spikes. Go ahead and just walk over it and it will do the trick.
