The next Sony PlayStation State of Play is set to take place next week
Sony recently held a PlayStation State of Play event earlier this month and showcased a number of upcoming PS VR2 titles, as well as a handful of Capcom titles. However, it looks like SIE (Sony Interactive Entertainment) may not be done with new announcements and updates for the summer as speculation suggests that another State of Play event could be scheduled next week.
This is backed up by statements from journalists Jason Schreier and Tom Henderson, who suggest that Sony may be preparing for additional announcements by the end of this month. Earlier this month, Schreier revealed that PlayStation could be ready to announce a release date for God of War Ragnarok by the end of this month.
Henderson says that Sony will introduce new hardware around next week, further confirming rumors that State of Play could be coming next week.
