Slow Horses breaks the codes of the traditional spy story
Gary Oldman will play the anti-James Bond in Slow Horses.
Based on the first novel in the Slow Horses series by Mick Herron, the series of the same name bills itself as a darkly humorous spy drama about an incapacitated team of British intelligence officers who serve in the section of MI5 known as Slough House. Jackson Lamb, a brilliant but short-tempered spy chief, finds himself in Slough House because of his mistakes that end their careers as they often stumble through the vicissitudes of the spy world.
