You can press the default keyboard shortcut to remove a few other things, including buildings, tents, log cabins, chairs, and more. You can also click this control to remove and dismantle campfires or logs you have built.

It is imperative to dismantle items to make room for new things. As you will keep moving in this survival adventure game, it is very important to stock up on resources.
