How to get holiday ammo in Splatoon 3
Festival Projectiles are reward items that you receive for winning 10x battles. When you play and compete in Splatfest events, you have a chance to play 10x battles. You will be notified of these battles as soon as the Splatfest matches start. If you win the Battles, your earned influence will be multiplied by ten. This will help you win Splatfest tournaments faster and easier. For every time you win a 10x, 100x, or 333x battle, you will receive one festival shell.

What are festival shells used for?
- These festival projectiles can increase your chances of participating in Splatfest battles by 100x and 333x.
- 100x and 333x are fairly rare Splatfest fights to encounter, and these projectiles can increase your chances of encountering them.
- If you win them, it will also change how your name will appear during Splatfest events. This way, the players will know that you are an experienced player and have won those battles.
- By winning 100x and 333x Splatfest battles, you can also earn more influence.
- But there is a little caveat: you can also lose these projectiles when you win a 100x or 333x battle.
- As you win these battles, the Festive Ammo counter resets. You cannot transfer them to either Open Battles or Pro Battles.
- Thus, Festival ammo that you earn in Open Battles or Pro Battles will simply be counted in this mode.
- On the other hand, the chances of encountering 333x battles after winning 100x battles increase exponentially.
