Tecno launched the Spark 8 Pro phone last week. The phone comes with a large display and a 48MP triple rear camera. It is powered by MediaTek Helio processor and 5000mAh battery. The 4GB RAM + 64GB variant of the Spark 8 Pro will sell for $138. This is the starting price. The handset will be available from 12 noon on amazon.in.

The Spark 8 Pro features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The display has a dotted cutout and is protected from NEG glass. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor – fabbed on a 12nm process. It comes paired with a Mali G52 GPU, up to 6GB LPDDR4X of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage.

Speaking of cameras, the Spark 8 Pro offers a triple rear camera and an LED flash. The main sensor on the device is a 48MP camera with f/1.79 aperture. It is accompanied by 2MP depth and 2MP AI lens. For selfies, the phone has an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash.

The Spark 8 Pro is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charging. It also offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a USB Type-C charging port. Connectivity options include Dual sim, 4G, VoLTE, 2.4+5GHz WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS, GLONASS. It measures 169 x 76.8 x 8.77mm and supports Android 11 with proprietary HiOS 7.6 system. It is sold in Komodo Island, Turquoise Blue, Winsor Purple, and Interstellar Black color options.
