Tecno has launched a new smartphone as part of its Spark 8 series, the Tecno Spark 8C in the Indian market. The smartphone was launched last month in Nigeria. The Spark 8C is an entry-level smartphone powered by a UniSoC processor. It offers dual rear cameras, a 5000mAh battery, and a large HD+ display. The Spark 8C comes in one configuration – 3GB + 32GB, priced at Rs 7,499. It will be available for purchase starting February 24 exclusively on amazon.in.

Specifications and features of Tecno Spark 8C

The Spark 8C boasts a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display with 720×1612 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing selfie camera.

The Spark 8C is powered by an octa-core UniSoC T606 processor and a Mali G57 GPU. The phone has 64 GB of internal memory and 3 GB of RAM. The device also supports 3 GB of virtual RAM. The smartphone comes pre-installed with HiOS 7.6.

Spark 8C offers dual rear cameras and LED flash. The main camera on the device is a 13-megapixel camera with a 77.3-degree field of view and f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by an AI lens. Spark 8C is equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera for video calls and selfies.

Spark 8C is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery. Tecno did not disclose the charging speed of the device. The device also offers a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and DTS stereo sound. The device also has an IPX2 splash protection rating.

The Spark 8C comes in four color options: Turquoise Blue, Magnetic Black, Iris Purple and Brilliant Grey. Its dimensions are 164.57 × 76 × 8.95 mm.
