Tekken 8: Asuka Kazama, Optimistic Peacemaker

Asuka Kazama returns in Tekken 8 with her signature moves such as the White Heron Dance, Tsuyababuki, and Kariashi Shiranui.

In Tekken 8, Asuka Kazama has a new look with a school uniform-inspired suit, biker cap, tousled locks and a casual look. She uses the same style of martial arts as her family, which is the art of kazama. The proof of this is the number of movements shared by the three members of the latter. This is expressed in a series of blows, juggling to hold off your opponents, or even ledges on the walls.

Asuka Kazama was introduced in Tekken 5, but she didn’t have the impact that Bandai Namco expected. According to the story, Asuka learned the Kazama style from her father. After his father was severely injured, the detectives stated that the abuser would take part in the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. Later, in Tekken 6, a global pandemic ravaged the world when a war instigated between G-Corporation and the Mishima Zaibatsu ensued. She found out that she was related to Jin Kazama. But this story did not end as expected. Instead, she developed a rivalry with Emilie De Rochefort, better known as Lily.

Tekken 8 is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC (Steam).
