Tekken 8: King is still the king of wrestling

King returns in Tekken 8 with his signature moves like Cobra Twist, Pile Driver and Indian Death Lock.

In Tekken 8, King retains his iconic jaguar mask, but his cape is now bigger and more colorful than ever. Like a professional wrestler, he kneels and points to the sky, roars into a microphone and shows off to a crowd of cheering onlookers. His wrestling moves also returned, with devastating and high moves such as Irish whips or power punches. Note that His Fury Art starts with a strong kick that knocks the opponent to the ground to allow King to catch them by the shoulders before tossing them into the air, rolling with them at full speed, and then knocking them down in a painful pose..

King’s story in Tekken 7 ended with a fight with Jack-7. Although the latter analyzed all of his movements in order to defeat him, the famed panther-headed wrestler took advantage of his range of motion to pull Marduk’s ready stance to use the melon crush technique on Jack-7. To finish him off, King uses Round Out Elbow Armor King to defeat him.
