Tests show that the new iPhone SE is not inferior to the iPhone 13
According to a recently discovered test, the iPhone SE 5G will match the iPhone 13 in performance.
The Apple iPhone SE is conceived and designed as a more affordable alternative to the flagship iPhone. In fact, the Apple brand has to make a number of hardware compromises, in particular the screen and cameras, but in terms of performance, there does n’t seem to be much difference.
The iPhone SE 5G will match the iPhone 13 in terms of performance.
The Cupertino-based company recently updated its iPhone SE lineup with a new 5G model. It was officially announced earlier this week, and according to benchmarks found by MacRumors, it seems that users who care more about performance than extra features won’t be disappointed.
If the tests in question are to be believed, we find the device listed under the “iPhone 14.6″link, which will be the ID of the new iPhone SE. And this device would get 1695 points in single-core mode and 4021 points in multi-core mode. Therefore, it is very similar to the iPhone 13, which, for comparison, received 1672 points and 4481 points respectively in the same tests.

To be honest, the iPhone SE 5G uses the same A15 Bionic chip as the iPhone 13 lineup, which is not surprising. Also, this new iPhone SE 5G and iPhone 13 each have 4GB of RAM, and the only differences ultimately lie in the screen, design, and cameras.
So, if you’re looking for an iPhone that will still deliver relatively strong performance years later and don’t feel like spending money on an iPhone 13, this new iPhone SE 5G might be for you.
