The Day Before: delayed release and graphics engine changes
Originally scheduled for June 21, The Day Before is now expected by March 2023 on PC.
For the second time since the announcement, Singaporean publisher MyTona and Russian studio Fntastic have decided to push back the PC version of The Day Before: “Millions of people have added The Day Before to their wishlist on Steam, making The Day Before one of the most anticipated games in the world. Feeling and understanding the great responsibility that lies with us, with great gratitude in our hearts, we are pleased to announce that The Day Before is moving to a new technology with Unreal Engine 5! The transition to a more advanced and responsive open world engine will make The Day Before’s gameplay even more fantastic. In this regard, we inform you that the new release date of the game will be March 1, 2023.”
An open-world survival MMO set in a deadly pandemic-ravaged America coming to PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series a few months after its release on PC via Steam. By the way, the country is teeming with bloodthirsty infected and ferocious survivors who kill each other to get food, weapons and cars. Players will be able to search buildings, houses and abandoned cars, destroying the infected as well as opponents: “Explore magnificent areas. .. but dangerous ones.
