The Honkai Star Rail Mine Cart Operator’s Puzzle Solution Guide

Honkai: There are a ton of other tasks and activities in Star Rail besides just battling the antagonist who wants to put an end to civilisation. In the Great Mine on Jarilo-VI, you will eventually have to use your understanding of mine cart operations to solve a series of puzzles.

You don’t have to worry about getting a headache if you’re having trouble with any part of this important test. We’ve gone through every one of them, and now we’re bringing you a comprehensive walkthrough for all of Honkai: Star Rail’s Mine Cart Operator’s puzzles.

How to Resolve the Honkai Mine Cart Operator’s Puzzles: Star Rail

During the adventure dubbed Night in the Big Mine, you will encounter the puzzles of the mine cart operator. This quest is divided into three segments, each of which contains three distinct and progressively harder tasks.

How to finish the first part of Night on the Big Mine in Honkai: Star Rail

Switch the track closest to the tents, then switch the other track, and then push the cart to solve the first puzzle.

The second puzzle is a little trickier:

1. To change the tracks, you must first advance the empty cart and then utilize the lever adjacent to it.
2. Push the full cart after that, and it should return to its original location as the empty cart.
3. Push the loaded cart, which should now halt at the desired spot, using the other lever to swap tracks one more time.
4. Push the empty cart back where it was at the beginning using both levers, then swap the tracks so that they are closer to the empty cart before pushing it to the proper location.

The third puzzle is significantly more difficult:

1. Use the lever just before it stops after pushing the empty wagon.
2. Push it back and forth until it is near to the ore and loaded onto the wagon.
3. Push the cart, change the tracks with the previously used lever, and then change the tracks once again by using the other lever that is next to the stop.
4. To move the loaded cart to its final location, push it once more.

Completing Night on the Big Mine (Part 2) in Honkai requires the use of Star Rail.

The problems provided by the Mine Cart Operator in the second stage of the Night on the Big Mine quest are trickier and require more maneuvers than the riddles in Stage 1.

Follow these instructions to complete the first puzzle in Part 2:

1. Push the cart till it reaches the blue stop by using the lever adjacent to the empty cart.
2. Pull the same lever, then push the loaded cart back to where the empty cart was.
3. Use the lever next to the empty wagon after switching the same tracks once more (blue stop)
4. Push the loaded cart until it stops, then switch the tracks with the center lever. Finally, push the laden cart one more time to direct it toward the yellow stop.

The steps for completing the second problem in Night on the Big Mine, Part 2, are as follows:

1. Push the empty wagon toward the dark halt using the lever next to it.
2. Repeat the same tracks and push the loaded wagon.
3. Use the lever next to the loaded cart and the one adjacent to the empty cart.
4. Push the loaded cart.
5. Push the empty cart to return it to its original place after returning to the empty cart and switching tracks adjacent to it.
6. Send the cart in the direction of the blue stop by switching tracks once more next to it.
7. Alternate the tracks near the loaded cart with those near the yellow halt.
8. Push the loaded cart to the stop sign.

Here is how to solve the most challenging puzzle in the second part of this quest:

1. Send the loaded cart to the dark stop by pushing it and changing the tracks near where it stops.
2. Send the empty cart in the direction of the yellow halt opposite the yellow ore deposits by using the center lever.
3. Send the empty cart towards the direction of the ore by changing tracks close to it.
4. Send it back after loading it up.
5. Push the loaded car to the dark stop by using the center lever one more time (tracks should make a straight line) (it should stop in front of the other cart)
6. Push the first cart toward the dark stop across from the miners using the middle lever once more.
7. To complete the puzzle, pull the lever next to the loaded cart at the dark stop and direct the wagon toward the yellow stop.

How to finish the third installment of Night on the Big Mine in Honkai: Star Rail

There are three more mine cart puzzles in the third chapter of Night on the Big Mine, so brace yourself if you’re becoming bored of them.

The solution to the first puzzle is as follows:

1. Push the empty cart to the next yellow light.
2. Push the empty cart once more after using the lever adjacent to it twice.
3. Lift the same lever twice to send the loaded wagon to the yellow halt.
4. Send the loaded cart to the opposite yellow stop by using the same lever to switch tracks twice more.
5. Push the empty card to the dark stop after pulling the other lever (next to the ore) once.
6. Before sending the newly loaded cart to the yellow stop and completing the task, move the tracks back to their original position, load the cart, and then use the other lever to check that the tracks are properly aligned.

Follow these instructions to finish Part 3’s second challenge:

1. Lift the lever parallel to the miners next to the loaded cart, then use the lever next to the empty cart.
2. Push the empty cart and reverse the tracks so that you may move the full cart from the blue stop to the yellow stop where the empty cart was.
3. Push the loaded wagon once more after switching those tracks.
4. Push the loaded cart to the dark stop by using the middle lever to change tracks.
5. Push the empty cart to the blue stop using the central lever once more. When it stops, switch the tracks adjacent to it.
6. You can complete the challenge by using the center lever to switch tracks, returning the loaded cart to the yellow stop, and then using the same lever once more to move the loaded cart to the other yellow stop adjacent to the empty cart.

Finally, there is only one mine cart puzzle left! Let’s get this over with:

1. Pull the central lever and then push the empty cart after pushing the loaded cart.
2. Send the empty wagon in the opposite direction by using the central lever one more time.
3. To move the loaded cart to the opposing yellow stop, use the lever next to it and then the central lever.
4. Lift the lever next to it to move the loaded cart to the other yellow stop, then return and pull the same lever once again.
5. To move the empty cart to the ore supplies, go to the empty cart and use the lever there.
6. Use the lever in the center to drive the empty cart so that it stops in front of the newly loaded cart on the opposite side after loading the ore, returning the cart, switching the rails in front of it once more.
7. To push the empty card toward ore and load it up, change the nearby tracks.
8. Push the most recently loaded cart back, then swap the tracks adjacent to it and those in the middle. Finally, push the cart to the third yellow stop to finish the puzzle.
