The Sandbox launches second alpha season

The Sandbox has just launched the alpha version of the second season. During the month, participants will be able to discover all the new features and win very nice prizes.

The Sandbox is a French metaverse platform founded by Arthur Madrid and Sebastien Borge. A few days ago it launched its alpha season 2. We will tell you everything you need to know about this new adventure rich in content and events.

What’s new in this season 2?

Alpha Season 2 includes over 35 events available to those with a free TSB account. Specifically, we find 18 original Alpha Season 1 experiences, improved, 5 new experiences, 4 new GameMakerFunde experiences – Dracula’s Castle, Meta Dungeon, Funguys Kingdom, Tang Dynasty Border City -, 3 new licenses – Snoop Dogg’s Preplay, Hong Kong’s Star Ferry Pier, Missing Parts from Celsius Online and 1 brand new transport hub. There are 200 quests available, more alpha passes and more ways to earn $SAND. In other words, a more complete, more advanced, longer lasting and more successful experience, open to all for free. Throughout March, players will be able to enjoy all of these features without even owning the S2 Alpha Pass.

How to get a pass to the alpha testing of the second season?

There are also three different ways to get Alpha Pass Season 2:

• By using your The Sandbox account to play Alpha Season 2, you will have a chance to win an S2 Alpha Pass in a raffle. Complete quests and level up to earn tickets. The draw will take place on March 31, at the end of the second alpha season.
• By participating in various contests on social networks every week, until March 23. Daily activities will be held, as in Season 1, participation directly from The Sandbox website. A new activity and tweet to complete each day. Complete all tasks to get more chances.
• By buying one on the secondary market. Some S2 Alpha Pass owners may want to sell it on OpenSea. Then you can buy it directly. Sandbox will provide an official link to the collection as soon as it becomes available.

Alpha Pass Season 2 owners will win up to 1,000 SAND$ (about 2,500 € right now).
