The Sims 4 Disappeared/Not Showing in the EA App – How to Fix

First, your EA Collection will not display add-ons or downloadable content. It only shows complete games in the Collection. However, if you want to test your expansion packs or DLCs, here’s how you can do it:

  • Sign in to your account on the EA app and go to your collection.
  • Next, highlight the game for which you bought an expansion or DLC.
  • Click on the three dots icon > Manage add-ons.
  • There you will be able to see all the expansions or DLCs you have purchased.

If it’s not an expansion but a complete Sims 4 game, then here are a few things you can do.

Check payment status

If you recently purchased The Sims 4 and it’s not showing up in the EA app, you’ll need to check your payment status. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Use this link to access the EA Account Settings Portal.
  • Now click on the Order History tab.
  • From there, you can check the status of your order for The Sims 4 or any other purchased game.
  • If the status is still pending, you can claim the game for your EA collection.
