This service from Uber offers special tools not available for regular rides. In addition to allowing customers to book tickets 30 days in advance, the system can track flight information and automatically adjust booking times. In this way, passengers will be sure that the driver will be waiting for them after landing, even if it was delayed. Drivers can also wait up to 60 minutes for passengers at no extra charge, giving them plenty of time to pack their luggage or grab a bite to eat before leaving the airport. In addition, passengers do not have to carry heavy luggage for a long time, as the driver picks it up right at the exit.

The company launched this “Reserve”option in 2020 to help customers “better deal with these moments that can be very stressful.”The service matches passengers and drivers from the very beginning, even if they book a month in advance, and the system offers them the exact fare when booking. Of course, this service will be more expensive than taking a bus or shuttle, but it is a very good option for those who don’t want to worry about finding a taxi when they arrive at their destination.
