The release date of Redmi K50 is still unknown. Redmi’s entry-level flagship is expected to launch in the coming weeks. Ahead of the official launch date announcement, renders of the phone’s design have been leaked in a new report. Tipster OnLeaks and Bestopedia claim that the Redmi flagship will have a triple rear camera setup. According to the report, the main camera will have a resolution of 64MP.
The camera layout is the same as the Pro model. It has a triple camera housed on a two-stage camera module. Three sensors are arranged in a triangular position. The LED flash is located below the camera sensors. Xiaomi is expected to offer an 8MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera on the K50.
The front of the phone has a flat 6.6-inch display. At the top center there is a cutout for the front camera. The bezels around the display are quite narrow, except for a slightly thickened chin. On the bottom edge is a USB Type-C port, a speaker grill and a main microphone. The phone does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It will also have a high refresh rate display. The AMOLED display on the K50 will have a 120Hz panel. In China, it will run MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
