Leaked renders of Oppo Reno 7 Global Variant priced at around $400
Oppo is gearing up to launch Reno 7 series devices from February 4th. The Reno 7 series will most likely consist of two devices – Oppo Reno 7 and Oppo Reno 7 Pro. There are speculations that the company may launch the Oppo Reno 7 SE (Chinese variant) as the Reno 7 in global markets. In fact, we also spotted the Reno 7 SE (Chinese variant) on the Reno 7 launch landing page.
However, Sudhanshu claims that the Reno 7 for global markets will be completely different from the Reno 7 SE (Chinese variant) and Reno 7 (Chinese variant). He also shared renders and specs of the upcoming Reno 7. Let’s take a closer look at the price and specs of the Reno 7 Global.
Oppo Reno 7 Global Variant Renders and Design
The images shared by Sudhanshu show a similar design language to the Chinese variant of the Reno 7 SE. This means the phone will have a curved back. The leaked renders show the phone in Black and Starry Wish color options.
Specifications Oppo Reno 7 Global Variant
The global variant of the Reno 7 was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database. The database listing showed the presence of a Dimensity 900 processor. Sudhanshu’s latest leak confirms the same.
The phone has also been spotted in the Camera FV5 database, which suggests the phone will offer a 64MP rear camera. The renders shared by Sudhanshu confirm the same, and 64MP text can be seen inside the camera module. Sudhanshu also reveals that it will be an OmniVision OV64B sensor, which will be accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the phone will offer a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 sensor.
The Reno 7 will feature a 4,500mAh battery and support for 65W SuperVOOC fast charging. The phone will come with a Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will weigh 173 grams and be about 7.8mm thick. The phone is also reported to offer 5GB RAM expansion. It can cost around $400 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
