TrollStore utility by opa334 allows iOS 14.0-15.1.1 users to install and sign IPA files

Making good use of the bugs found in the Apple iPhone and iPad mobile operating systems, iOS developer opa334 on Friday released a new utility for downloading unpublished files and permanently signing any files. ipa that the user wants. They call the aforementioned TrollStore utility.

In essence, this means that the user can completely bypass the App Store, download files. ipa and use them for an unlimited time. What’s more, you won’t have to maintain these apps as if you were downloading them via AltStore, Sideloady, or something similar. In a detailed post, /r/jailbreak opa334 points to the official TrollStore GitHub page and states that the project supports iOS and iPadOS versions 14.0-15.1.1. A9 devices are not currently supported because they do not work well with the multicast_bytecopy exploit.

The TrollStore release looks multi-faceted: the iOS and iPadOS 14 version can be installed using jailbreak package managers like Cydia, Sileo, and Zebra, while the iOS and iPadOS 15 version can be installed using sideloading solutions like AltStore, Sideloady. or something similar.

For iOS and iPadOS 15.0-15.1.1 devices without jailbreak

Note. Devices with A9 processor are not supported.

1) Download the TrollStore installer IPA from https://github.com/opa334/TrollStore/releases.

2) Install it on your device in a way convenient for you (AltStore / iOS App Signer / Sideloady / Whatever).

3) Open the app and click the “Install”button.

4) Wait.

5) If your phone restarts here, go back to step 3.

6) If TrollStore is successfully installed, a warning should appear, click close and the application should close.

7) If TrollStore is on the main screen, launch it, if not, then restart your computer, after which it should appear, then launch it.

8) Go to settings tab, click “Install ldid”to allow TrollStore to install unsigned applications.

9) (Optional) Click “Install Save Assistant”and select a system app that you don’t need to use (such as Tips) from the list that appears. For more information about the Save Assistant, read below.

For jailbroken iOS and iPadOS devices 14.0–14.8.1

1) Download the TrollHelper deb file from https://github.com/opa334/TrollStore/releases (TrollHelper will most likely be published to the Havoc repository soon).

2) Install it via Filza, Sileo or Zebra.

3) If the TrollHelper icon appears on the main screen, launch it, if not, launch uicache, after which it should appear, then launch it.

4) Click the “Install TrollStore”button.

5) After about a second, your device will reboot and TrollStore should appear on the home screen, launch it.

6) Go to settings tab, click “Install ldid”to allow TrollStore to install unsigned applications.

7) DONE, you don’t need to install save helper in system app on iOS 14, TrollHelper is your save helper, it will persist across icon cache reload and will work even if not hacked.

Using TrollStore

The developer wanted TrollStore to be easy to use, so it goes without saying that it doesn’t take much effort for the end user to download and sign the file all the time. ipa using the utility. It seems that there are only two main steps in the usage process:

1) Download the required file. ipa.

2) Open the above file. ipa using TrollStore on your iPhone or iPad.

Please note that the file. ipa must be locally available on your device, so files in iCloud Drive will not work.

Updates will be released regularly and the developer says they will be easy to install using TrollStore’s built-in OTA update mechanism. In addition, the utility should support and work with most (if not all) files. ipa.
