New trailer for The Witcher: Blood Origin
The latest spin-off of The Witcher license will be released on December 25 on Netflix. But today the company has shared a new trailer for The Witcher: Blood Origin. A short clip of about two minutes that reveals more of the teaser released last month. After much of Blood Origin’s promotional content focused on Michelle Yeoh’s character Shaian, this trailer features other stars including Sophia Brown and Lawrence O’Fuarain. And you probably won’t be surprised to find that they’re all cool, each in their own way.
Ability to see other characters and Buttercup
Roughly 1200 years before the story of Geralt and Ciri, Blood Origin promises to give fans new information about the creation of the first witcher. Take the time to watch this trailer until the last second to discover Dandelion (Joey Batey). It looks like the beloved poet will be working with Minnie Driver to commemorate the exploits of a group of Cyan elves. When Minnie Driver announced she would be joining The Witcher franchise in September, she said her character would play a vital role “in connecting Blood Origin’s past to the Witcher’s future.”
Blood Origin takes place at a rather turbulent and uncertain time for The Witcher series. The company recently announced that Henry Cavill will not be reprising his role as Geralt of Rivia after the third season. Liam Hemsworth is wearing a suit.
