Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, A33 5G and A53 5G smartphones included in the BISC list
Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy S22 series later this year. The company is expected to release flagship smartphones on February 8th. There is no official information about the launch date yet and Samsung is expected to announce it very soon. The South Korean tech giant is expected to release several new M and A series smartphones after the launch.
Three new Samsung smartphones namely Galaxy M33 5G, Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G have visited the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The certification hints at the imminent launch of mid-range Samsung smartphones. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, Galaxy M33 5G, and Galaxy A53 5G that were leaked ahead of launch.
Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, A33 5G, A53 5G BIS
The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G listed on the BIS website has the model number SM-M336BU/DS. On the other hand, the Galaxy A33 5G has a model number of SM-A336E/DS. Finally, the Galaxy A53 5G has the model number SM-A536E/DS.
The listing does not reveal the specs of the device, but hints at an early arrival in certain markets, including India. Although the BIS website does not reveal specifications, the Galaxy A53 5G was spotted on Geekbench in December 2021. The phone has been revealed to be powered by an Exynos 1200 SoC and 6GB of RAM. The phone also runs Android 12 out of the box and will have a One UI 4.0 layer on top of Android.
Design renders of the A53 5G have also been leaked. There will be a quad-camera setup on the back of the phone. It can come with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor, or a 12MP one. On the front is a flat display with a cutout in the center at the top for a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. It doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
A recent report claimed that the Galaxy A33 5G will launch in February 2022 for $338. It will also feature quad cameras and will be available in four colors: black, white, blue and light orange. The smartphone will receive a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution. Other details about the devices remain unknown. We will share additional information as it becomes available.
