Who is Varun “Harbor”Batra in Valorant?

Hailing from India, Varun “Harbor”Batra is the newest addition to the roster of Valorant characters. According to various teasers and an agent trailer, Harbor will have the power to control water. This may be related to his name “Varun”, like the Hindu god of the oceans “Varuna”. The agent’s trailer shows us the origin of Varun’s powers.

Now a little about his background. Varun is an agent for REALM, an organization that searches for historical artifacts and antiques. During one such expedition to Mumbai with Captain Greaves, Varun stumbles upon a mysterious artifact that gives him powers. With these powers, he escapes and is considered a fugitive.
