Vivo has confirmed the launch of its new T series. The company will announce its first Vivo T1 5G smartphone of the new series. The device is confirmed to launch globally on February 9th. Vivo launched T1 5G in China last year. The new leak suggests the phone will ship with different specs.

The report states that the T1 5G variant will come with a Snapdragon 600-series chipset. It also reveals pricing information for the upcoming Vivo smartphone. Let’s take a look at the Vivo T1 5G specs, price and other leaked details.

Vivo T1 5G Price

According to the leaked information, the Vivo T1 5G will cost less than $270. The phone will compete with the upcoming Realme 9 Pro 5G. The upcoming Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is expected to be launched globally in the same price segment.

The report also states that the variant will get a Snapdragon 695 SoC, ensuring the phone will get 5G network support once it’s deployed. This means that the variant for global markets will have slightly different specifications compared to the variant for China, which has a Snapdragon 778G SoC under the hood.

In case the rest of the specifications of the device are the same, the phone will have a 5000 mAh battery. It will come with support for 44W fast charging out of the box. The Vivo smartphone is also expected to come with up to 8GB of RAM in India and up to 256GB of internal storage.

On the back of the phone, a triple camera can be installed with a 108 MP main camera sensor. The phone will also have an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, there will be a 16MP front camera.

The device will be equipped with a 6.67-inch display. It will most likely come with an IPS LCD display if the device comes with the same display as the Chinese variant. The display will have Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm audio jack. The option for global markets will likely boot Android 11 with a layer of Funtouch OS 12 on top.
