Oppo K9x Launched With Dimensity 810 SoC, 90Hz: Price, Specs
Oppo has launched a new K-series budget smartphone in China. The brand has unveiled the Oppo K9x, which is the fourth phone in the series after the Oppo K9 Pro 5G, Oppo K9s 5G, and the vanilla Oppo K9 5G. This year, the Oppo K9 series has been exclusive to China, and with the launch of the Oppo K9x, we expect the same. Some of the key features of the device include 90Hz screen refresh rate display, Disney 810 SoC, large battery and 33W fast charging. Oppo K9x Price and Availability
The Oppo K9x starts at CNY 1,399 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 128GB variant costs 1499 Yuan and 1699 Yuan for the 8GB + 256GB configuration. The device will go on sale from January 1 in China. Available in Silver Purple Super Dream and Obsidian Samurai.
Oppo K9x specifications
The Oppo K9x features a 6.49-inch Full HD+ resolution with 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 90.6% screen-to-body ratio, 480nits brightness and 405ppi. This is an LCD screen. Under the hood, the phone supports the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset, which is clocked at up to 2.4GHz. It is paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The Oppo K9x comes in three configurations with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS2.2 storage.
Inside, the phone packs a large 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging via a Type-C port. In terms of camera, the Oppo K9x has a 64MP f/1.7 main camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP black and white portrait lens. On the front, you get a 16MP selfie camera.
Other highlights of the device include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G support, face unlock, 8.81mm thickness, 194g weight, Android 11, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
