Vivo has added another smartphone to its Y-series. The latest Vivo Y32 is also the world’s first phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The latest Y-series mid-range phone features a large display and supports OriginOS 1.0. It offers a dual rear camera setup and a large 5000mAh battery. Let’s take a closer look at the price, features and specifications of the Vivo Y32.

Vivo Y32 only comes in one storage configuration – 8GB + 128GB. Its price in China is 1399 yuan.

Vivo’s latest phone sports a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD panel with 1600×720 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It’s a standard 60Hz refresh rate panel that houses a front-facing selfie shooter inside a water notch.

The Y32 is based on the eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, created using a 6-nm process technology. The graphics functions in the system-on-a-chip are performed by the integrated Adreno 610GPU GPU. The phone has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It also offers 4GB of expanded RAM and up to 1TB of external storage via a micro-SD card slot.

Moving on to the optics, the device comes with a dual rear camera setup and an LED flash. The cameras and LED flash are located in the upper left corner of the rear panel inside a rectangular module. The main sensor on the device is a 13-megapixel shooter that is paired with a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8-megapixel camera on the front.

Vivo Y32 has a 5000mAh battery and supports up to 18W fast charging. It has a Type-C charging port, a fingerprint scanner on the side, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include Dual Sim, 4G, Dual Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. The phone measures 164.26×76.08×8.00mm, weighs 182 grams, and is available in two color options – Harumi Blue and Foggy Night. It boots OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11.
