Launch of Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge
Xiaomi will introduce the 11i Hypercharge on January 6th. The smartphone has been confirmed to support 120W fast charging. Xiaomi claims that the charging technology refills the battery within 15 minutes. The teaser post does not confirm battery capacity. However, given that the phone is a rebadged Redmi Note 11 Pro+ from China, there will likely be a 4,500mAh battery under the hood. Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
The remaining characteristics of the device are likely to remain the same. In this case, the phone may come with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate and will feature a notch at the top center. The smartphone will ship with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor under the hood and is expected to offer up to 8GB of RAM. According to a recent report, the device will be released in Camo Green and Stealth Black color options.
The Xiaomi 11i series boots MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 out of the box. The Hypercharge variant has a triple rear camera setup with a 108MP main camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP telephoto camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 16 MP front camera. Other specs include 3.5mm audio jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atmos support, stereo speakers, etc.
Along with the Hypercharge variant, Xiaomi is also expected to release Xiaomi 11i branded Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G from China.
