Diablo Immortal Android Closed Beta Launches Today, October 29th, With New Classes, PvP Updates, and More

Diablo Immortal went pretty well in its closed alpha testing, and the developers were able to get some pretty valuable feedback during the test. Now that the closed alpha has ended, the team is ready to share a bunch of new content with their players for testing during the closed beta starting today, October 29th.

The closed beta will feature all kinds of new content and will only be available on Android in select regions. Only a small number of players will be able to take part in the Closed Beta and try out all the new Diablo Immortal content, as well as provide developers with direct feedback on their time spent in the game.

The closed beta is currently available in select regions such as Canada and Australia, but servers will be available in Korea, Japan, and China in the coming weeks.

Diablo Immortal Closed Beta will have a lot of new content

One of the highlights of the upcoming content in the upcoming Closed Beta will be the new playable class, the Necromancer. The necromancer can reanimate corpses to create an army of the dead that sounds about as much like Diablo as Diablo can.

Alongside this, Cycle of Strife, the popular faction-based PvP and PvE system, now features a new 30×1 battle called Challenge of the Immortal. Ladders will now be added to the 8v8 PvP Battleground system as well as a new end-game equipment system called Item Sets. While Diablo Immortal looks like it’s a lot of fun to use only touch controls, controller support has now been added to the game during the closed beta, allowing players to get a feel for how it could end.
