OnePlus 10R and Nord CE 2 Lite 5G Launch Officially Confirmed for April 28th: ​​Up to 150W Fast Charging, Other Specs Announced

Earlier this week, OnePlus confirmed the launch in India. The company teased the launch of two smartphones in India on April 28. OnePlus today confirmed that it will be releasing the OnePlus 10R and Nord CE 2 Lite 5G in India. Both devices are yet to be introduced globally. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus teased some of the key specs of upcoming devices.

A teaser microsite on Amazon confirms that the 10R will ship with support for 150W fast charging out of the box. In addition to this, the teaser also confirms that the 10R is, in fact, the OnePlus Ace, which will be launched in China later this month. OnePlus 10R launch confirmed

OnePlus has confirmed that the 10R will go on sale on April 28th. The Amazon microsite also confirms some of the phone’s key specs. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone will come with support for 150W fast charging. Given that the device is a re-branded Realme GT Neo 3, it will come with a 4500mAh battery. It is not known if a variant with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging will arrive in India.

In addition, the microsite reveals that the phone has a triple camera on the back and a punch-hole display on the front. The hole punch is located in the top center of the display, unlike previous OnePlus phones. The device is rumored to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. We can expect the phone to come with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.

The camera setup will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. There is no warning slider in 10R.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G Launch

Along with the 10R, the company will also launch the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G in India. The listing on Amazon confirms that the phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. It will also come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. We have previously exclusively confirmed that the CE 2 Lite 5G will be released in Black and Jade Fog color options.

The phone is rumored to have a Snapdragon 695 processor with up to 8GB of RAM. It will feature a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate support. The rear camera is expected to feature a 64MP main camera and two 2MP sensors for depth sensing and macro photography. For selfies, there will be a 16 MP front camera sensor. Both smartphones will run OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box.
