The phone will be powered by an octa-core chipset built on a 5nm process, clocked at up to 2.4GHz. A recent leak suggests this phone will ship with an Exynos 1280 SoC with two Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2GHz. This chipset is supported by the Mali-G68 GPU clocked at 1GHz. The Amazon page also confirms that the phone will come in two configurations, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The device also supports up to 8 GB of additional virtual memory for the 8 GB version and up to 6 GB of virtual memory for the 6 GB version.
In addition, the Galaxy M33 5G will be equipped with a large 6000mAh battery pack with support for 25W Type-C fast charging. The phone also supports reverse fast charging on the go. The device will not ship with a charger in the box, the Amazon landing page confirms.
