Vivo X80 Series Launch Officially Scheduled for May 18

Vivo X80 series launch date announced. The company’s latest line of flagship smartphones will arrive next week. The launch of the Vivo X80 series is scheduled to take place on May 18 at 12 noon. The X80 series will be the successor to the Vivo X70 series which arrived back in October 2021. The X80 series was launched in China back in April 2022.

The Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 devices were launched in China, while worldwide the Vivo X80 Pro was launched just a couple of days ago. Ahead of the launch, storage, RAM, and color options for future devices have already been revealed.

The Vivo X80 series will be available for purchase on Flipkart and its microsite is now available on the e-commerce platform. As always, all eyes are on the camera setup, as the latest generation X70 Pro was one of the best camera phones of the year.

Vivo X80 Pro: Specifications

The Vivo X80 Pro features a quad rear camera setup with a 50MP GNV main camera (f/1.57, OIS), a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens (f/2.2), a 12MP portrait camera (f/1.85) and 8-megapixel (f/1.85) portrait camera. f/3.4, OIS) telephoto lens. On the front, the device offers a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The camera setup was designed by Zeiss Optics. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel camera on the front. Vivo X80 packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging, no wireless charging here.

The Vivo X80 Pro starts at 5499 Yuan in China, while the Vivo X80 starts at 3699 Yuan. The official price, as well as the sale date and launch offers, will be announced on May 18.
